Our must haves / have nots are: Must have: Set back from road Local public transport to town (daughter needs retail work, no car) Detached Some neighbours Quiet neighbourhood without poor reputation Good looks and great value Double garage (or garage + possible carport) Gas CH Nearby open spaces/parks or woodland (walking + bikes) Must not: On Busy Road Noise from nearby main road or railway (needs to be ½ mile plus for busy roads, 1 mile for motorways& railways?)
